Sadiq Fakir (Urdu: صادق فقیر Born on 20 March 1967 in Diplo, Pakistan〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Folk singer Sadiq Fakeer dies in KSA road accident )〕) was a renowned singer of Sindhi music. He belonged to the Manganhar tribe, and his father’s name was Faqir Faiz Muhammad Manganhar.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Sadiq Fakir will live alive for ever in the hearts of people of Sindh )〕 His early education was from Mithi University. He received musical training from his maternal uncle Hussain Fakir. He started his career as a singer from Radio Pakistan, a section of the Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation. His postgraduate degree was in Sindhi literature. He also had several Sindhi music albums to his credit.〔() Sadiq Fakir will live alive for ever in the hearts of people of Sindh〕
